SARDU.pro policy about cookies
The Italian Garante della Privacy transposed a European directive
wich forces web pages administrators to show navigators a banner informing them about the cookies
policy of the website they're in, and to let them go on only if they accept that policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are text files which websites send to user's browser and that are saved on user's pc to be transmitted back on the next visit to the site.
On sardu.pro we use two kinds of cookies:
- a "session cookie", needed to save those choices that are essential for website navigation (navigation language, login credentials for restricted areas), in order to avoid user to express them again for each visited page;
- third parties cookies, which are used to obtain data as visited pages, number of visitors, aggregated data about operating systems, browsers, and so on. These parameters are saved in Google's servers. Google governs privacy on its servers by these guidelines.
Users can disable Google Analytics by an add available for Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari.
